The Xpress Chefs team is lead by Director, Pat Morioka, Deputy Director, Terry Leong and Manager, Frank Chun. When the opportunity to help develop Xpress Chefs came along, they jumped at the chance to help make a difference in the community. Their team brings more than 75 years of combined culinary and catering expertise to the business.
Xpress Chefs’ Terry Leong, a certified dietition, brings a wealth of experience in Food Service and Nutrition.
Xpress Chefs’ Frank Chun had the pleasure of growing up in Hawaii, where there is an exciting diversity of ingredients and cuisines. He began his restaurant career in 1987 with the Marine Corps Base Hawaii. The Xpress Chefs team is committed to creating nutritious and delicious recipes with fresh, local ingredients reflecting the diversity of the islands. |
